All Levels Boxing

Learn the boxing fundamentals: stance, footwork, punches, and defense. Hit the heavy bag, move around the ring, and build stamina while working strength ​and cardio. Come early and learn how to wrap your hands! This class is first-timer friendly – no experience necessary.
 

Wraps + gloves required (Wraps available for purchase $15, gloves are provided for free)

TUESDAY • THURSDAY • FRIDAY • SATURDAY

Intermediate Boxing

Improve your technique: learn how to slip, roll, and block punches with guided partner drills. Spend more time in the ring, work more advanced combinations on the heavy bag, and improve your footwork. Prior to booking this class, please chat with a trainer to make sure you're ready.​

Advanced: Sparring

Wraps, mouth guard, headgear, + 16 oz. gloves required

MONTHLY

Butch Boxing

This is an ALL LEVELS Boxing Class taught by the amazing Coach Colline! We will go over the fundamentals of stance, footwork, basic punches, and incorporate some conditioning exercises. No experience needed, and modifications are always provided. This class is offered as a sliding scale class, $20-$35.

This is a BUTCH only class. If you do not identify as butch you can check out any of our other classes on the schedule.
