LGBTQ+ SERVICES

Our LGBTQ+ classes are Queer-led and suitable for all levels of experience. 

We openly welcome everyone from the community to come and train with us! These classes are designed to be fun and supportive: our goal at OutBox is for folks to come together and meet one another. Our classes and workouts are always gender-free and we encourage you to bring your truest form!

MONDAY • WEDNESDAY • SATURDAY

LGBTQ+ All Levels Boxing

Learn the boxing fundamentals: stance, footwork, punches, and defense. Hit the heavy bag, move around the ring, and build stamina while working strength ​and cardio. Come early and learn how to wrap your hands! This class is first-timer friendly – no experience necessary.
 

Wraps + gloves required (Wraps available for purchase $15, gloves are provided for free)

WEDNESDAY

Free LGBTQ+ Strength & Fitness

Work up a swear and learn the basics of strength and cardio training with Coach DJ. This class incorporates both weight training and bodyweight exercises. Modifications will always be provided. First-timer and beginners welcome!

Queer & TGNC PERSONAL TRAINING

We have an amazing staff of queer and TGNC Trainers who will help you achieve your goals with intention. We're dedicated to helping queer folks reach their goals, however that looks. We love helping people move their bodies, and gain strength before and after surgeries of all types (specifically gender-affirming procedures.) Contact us and talk to one of our coaches about what you're interested in!
