Intro to lifting

For those brand new to strength training or those looking to improve lifting technique and gain confidence in the gym. This class works upper and lower body strength through bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells. Bring your curiosity and questions!

It's leg day! Drop it low with squat and deadlift variations. Work with barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells to build strength, endurance, and power in your lower body. Beginners welcome.

FULL BODY STRENGTH

Free LGBTQ+ Strength & Fitness

Work up a swear and learn the basics of strength and cardio training with Coach DJ. This class incorporates both weight training and bodyweight exercises. Modifications will always be provided. First-timer and beginners welcome!

THURSDAY

Boxing & Strength

This total-body boxing and strength class is designed to increase every aspect of your fitness--including power, stamina, coordination, balance, and functional strength. Whether you're a new to the gym or an advanced athlete, be prepared to level up using kettlebells, bands, dumbbells, cables, barbells, battle ropes and more.​
